Flat Rate Shipping – Just 250 PKR

At TM3 Official Shop, we believe in keeping things simple and affordable for our customers. That’s why we charge a flat shipping fee of only 250 PKR on every order, no matter the size or weight. Whether you order one item or multiple products, the shipping charges remain the same. This allows you to shop with confidence, knowing there won’t be any hidden or unexpected costs at checkout.

Delivery Time – Fast & Secure

We understand that once you place an order, you want it to arrive as quickly as possible. That’s why we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. All orders are processed and dispatched promptly, and you can expect your parcel to reach your doorstep within 4 to 7 working days anywhere in Pakistan. In case of holidays or unexpected delays, we will keep you informed so that you always know the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange it. However, please note the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping Charges: If a customer decides to return or exchange a product for personal reasons (such as change of mind or wrong size/color chosen), the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact. Products that are used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Wrong or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, we will take full responsibility and cover all shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund without any extra charges to you.

Important Notes for Customers

  • Always keep your order receipt or confirmation email as proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct while placing the order to avoid delays.

  • Returns are not accepted for items bought on clearance sales or special promotions unless the product is defective.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain product categories may not be eligible for return (if applicable, we will clearly mention this on product pages).
